Now, we’re looking for a Senior People Operations / Human Resources Consultant to join our high-caliber team of advisors. This is your chance to partner with leaders across diverse industries, solve complex challenges, and design impactful people strategies that move the needle.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite leaders and HR teams across multiple clients.
- Recommend, lead, and execute HR initiatives — from strategic workforce planning to hands-on employee relations.
- Conduct HR assessments, identify gaps, and design best-in-class programs to close them.
- Lead initiatives in benefits design, HRIS selection/implementation, performance management, and employee communications.
- Provide executive coaching, guide change management, and ensure compliance (FMLA, leave management, etc.).
- Build relationships in the market to grow vcfo’s presence and client base.

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8+ years in an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or similar role.
- Experience across multiple industries.
- Comfort in fast-changing, ambiguous environments.
- High integrity, discretion, and client-service mindset.
